What makes handmade soap special?
Each bar has its own character. Handmade soaps can vary slightly in color, shape, and finish. These small differences are part of their handcrafted charm.
Does natural mean allergy-free?
No. Natural ingredients can still cause allergies or irritation, and everyone's skin is different. Handmade, natural, and luxurious do not mean hypoallergenic or suitable for every person. We cannot guarantee that any product will be free from an ingredient that may trigger your individual sensitivity.

How can I help my bar last?
Allow your soap to dry between uses and keep it on a draining soap dish, away from standing water.
Can I return soap?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept physical returns of opened or used soap. Please review our Returns & Refunds policy for the full terms and any applicable legal exceptions. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before sending anything back.
